The common throttle mechanism has the advantages of simple structure and stable performance of the valve, which has been widely used in the refrigeration system of household air conditioning. In recent years, due to the continuous improvement of materials and other production costs, so the use of short tube is great concern for throttling element in the air conditioning of application and research.In this paper, the bidirectional variable flow model of short tube throttle valve has a function of two-way alone to regulate the flow of can be individually adjusted the refrigerant flow in air conditioning, refrigeration, heating under different conditions to achieve. Based on the bidirectional variable flow model short tube throttle valve for flow characteristics of the analysis, the flow mechanism, and capillary components were flow characteristics compared and experimental verification in the household air conditioning system, the household air conditioning system in large-scale application of the feasibility study.
