The development of science and technology and the progress of society have prompted people to further increase their demand for smart life,especially in the field of smart homes.As an important part of smart home life,human target recognition and positioning technology plays an important role in indoor human target detection.Traditional human target recognition and positioning technologies are all based on images,which are often expensive,complex algorithms,involve human privacy,lack security and are not suitable for deployment in complex environments.The pyroelectric infrared(PIR)sensor has the characteristics of low cost,low power consumption,easy installation and deployment,and can effectively detect the infrared signal of the human body,and can be combined with the wireless distributed sensor network and machine learning technology.The research and application of perception are becoming more and more extensive.However,the original output signal of the pyroelectric sensor is related to the difference of heat source,moving position,moving speed,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a robust and effective human heat source identification and positioning system.To this end,this paper designs a human infrared signal sensing node,establishes a pyroelectric sensor network system model,and proposes a signal feature extraction method to solve the shortcomings of high recognition rate of human target position recognition.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)A human body positioning system based on a wireless pyroelectric infrared sensor network is designed.The circuit of the weak signal of the sensor is conditioned and the cylindrical Fresnel lens array is selected to modulate the detection field of view to ensure that it effectively reflects the infrared signal of the moving human body.The wireless sensor network is used to transmit the infrared signal of the human body sensed by each pyroelectric sensor node to the upper computer for analysis and processing.(2)Through the interface of the host computer,observe and analyze the relationship between the sensing signal of a single pyroelectric sensor and the position,speed,motion and other aspects of the moving human body,and fully study the operation process of the wireless pyroelectric infrared sensor network system.(3)A human body infrared signal classification model under BP neural network is designed,and a human body position recognition method based on the time seriescharacteristics of signal peaks is proposed.The host computer performs data preprocessing on the data of each sensor node that is aggregated,extracts the characteristics of the sensing signal sequence and performs classification prediction through the neural network.Experimental results show that the human body positioning and recognition system based on wireless pyroelectric infrared sensor network has higher accuracy in indoor human positioning perception and has good application value in future indoor human perception.
