A Study On Protection And Developent Of Historicaland Cultural Village-ying Tan And Its Buildings’ Protection And Utilization

In the development of urbanization, the protection and utilization of historical buildings in the villages of the traditional culture are the main problems in the development of the village.The present paper takes Yingtan village as an example to analyze its protection and development and other related problems. It further concludes some valuable experience and seeks a pattern to build historical and cultural village.Meanwhile it provides reference for the construction of other ancient villages and towns of Hebei and even the whole China.The unique geographical features of Taihang Mountain creates the layout of Yingtan village, we can see that the ancient geomantic culture of Yin Yang five elements obviously,all kinds of historic building conservation style protects well, Yingtan village is incorporate with the yard of the church culture, bridge culture, anti Japanese culture as one of the Taihang mountain red stone village that has a very high research value of natural landscape and historical and cultural value. Yingtan village has a complete village style landscape, with a rich number of stone houses, these houses builted on the mountain,which has a strong sense of hierarchy, together with the unique stone walls, gates and other types of stone buildings and appliances, which strong embodies the unique style of the local dwelling community in the west mountain area of Hebei. In addition, "Hall" building of Yingtan village provides an excellent sample in our research on the grade system in ancient society of patriarchal China. However, the protection and utilization of historical buildings in the village also exist many restrictive factors, such as the low level of village infrastructure, the phenomenon of sewage waste pollution, poor quality of some residential buildings, etc., therefore, the protection and development planning are needed.In order to protect the historical buildings, on the base of analysis of the building style and quality, fully considering the village status and maneuverability, the construction remediation protection adhere to classified protection planning concept as "real", provides the mode of protection and renovation of ancient villages in similar buildings. Under the premise of don’t change the traditional space layout structure and building function, putforward protection measures of the historic buildings, and improve the infrastructure and service facilities, and drive the development of tourism, leisure industry and land intensive use, carry out protection work from the historical streets, historical environment,intangible cultural heritage and other aspects. The idea of joint development and regional development should be conformed, and put the protection of historic buildings of Yingtan village to the background of the development of the time to survey and positioning.
