During the “ the Twelfth Five-Year Plan ”, focusing on the construction of “Sanjiwuda” system, Intensive management and strengthening headquarters became the key of marketing information construction. Customer service center, operation monitoring center, etc. have been set up one after another for professional support department and business controls. Development demand of marketing operations support systems from the headquarters has issued, big data technology research and development team has formed, and marketing data Level 1 share requirements has initially appeared. In order to support company system data share, business integration, and demand of big data analysis, setting up a unitive marketing data center has become the working focus of present marketing information construction.This paper aims to explore the design principles of marketing basic data platform between headquarters and provincial municipal companies, key technology and physical framework, complete marketing master data, sharing data and exchange data model design, complete system framework and physical framework design, realize marketing-related data access, storage, and conversion of information system of marketing business application, marketing audit monitoring, electricity information collection, and achieve centralized management of marketing basic business data, and improve company marketing business data control and application.
