As the ship industry received more and more attention in China, and continuous improvement on experimental technique, Especially More and more big data analysis methods have been proposed,the product life circle of test process control have become more and more fine in . At present, the test data management of ship industry is still in the initial stage in China, such as some test data is still stored in the form of data islands in each department, and lack of the unified data modeling and data management tools.Based on the research of ship field test data in the whole life cycle of management system in the paper, the research present situation and problems of test data management system is analyzed,he main content of this paper is as follows:(1)Firstly, the ship test data model is established on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of ship test data, and the management model and management framework of ship test data are constructed.(2)Secondly, some key technologies are studied based on the analysis of the characteristics of ship test data, such as testing process management technology, test data management technology, experiment structured data conversion and data visualization technology. The test data storage architecture with three level storage structure is constructed , and the test data management based on e-r model common data model and data mart to link test data management service system is proposed.(3) The data management system can be divided into four subsystems,including system management, data warehouse management, basic data management and data service management , and each subsystem is designed from the following aspects , such as operating process analysis,function analysis, data analysis and display.This paper realizes the reasonable storage and electronic management of ship domain life cycle test data, completed the unified modeling and data type test data can be expanded, which provides a flexible and configurable service vision outside, and puts forward some suggestions on further improvement and optimization of data quality.
