| Safety accidents high frequently break out on construction site, which has brought huge losses to the community, enterprises and individuals. Safe producing has become the focus of all the community in construction industry. At the same time, network diagram, as a method of construction schedule management, gradually becomes more and more important. Therefore, promoting the combination of safety management and network diagram is a new trend. Based on network diagram, this paper determines the degree of safety about one process, through hazard identification and safety assessment, which in turn determines the safety status of the entire construction site. This paper carries out the following studies:(1)Put forward the safety management model of construction site based on the network diagram. Analyze the general idea and implementing steps to realize safety management in construction site based on network diagrams.(2)Form the technique of safety network diagram. Build the network diagram through drawing method, calculating regulation and term explanations.(3) Determine the degree of safety on overall environment management in a certain moment. Safety checklist of the overall environment was set up to determine the degree of safety.(4) Determine the degree of safety of a single process in a certain moment. Compile safety checklist of a single process to determine the degree of safety, according to the characteristics of processes.(5)Describe the method of compiling the dynamic curve about degree of safety. According to the degree of safety on overall environment management in a certain moment and the combination method of degree of multi-process, draw the dynamic curve about degree of safety about degree of safety on overall environment management in a certain moment and degree of multi-process.(6)Promotion strategies of construction site safety management model based on network diagram. This part establishes implement strategies in four areas, including training, institutional setting, staff positions and implementing method, according to the expectations based on safety network diagrams and offering the designing principles of it. |
