Engineering construction is to serve people.Since ancient times,the safety of personnel in the construction process is very important.With the development of time and the continuous optimization of technology,great changes have taken place in the engineering construction environment.More complex man-machine relationship and new safety concept are constantly updated,resulting in new unsafe factors in the construction process.Therefore,the safety requirements are higher and higher,which brings great challenges to the engineering construction.Compared with the general construction project,the subway construction project has the characteristics of large scale,professional complexity and high risk.In the process of subway construction,there are a series of practical safety problems,which may lead to accidents.Accidents will directly affect the progress and quality of the project,and the most important thing is to threaten the life safety of personnel.Therefore,to prevent and prevent the occurrence of accidents is particularly important for personnel safety management.In order to avoid the occurrence of accidents,it is necessary to analyze the possible causes and factors of accidents.This paper expounds the existing problems in the personnel safety management of Chengdu Metro Line 5,analyzes the causes,and finally puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.At the beginning of this paper,according to the project overview of Chengdu Metro Line 5,the existing problems of Metro personnel safety management are explained.Based on the "2-4" model of behavior safety,the project safety status is analyzed from two levels of individual and organization.This paper describes the current situation of personnel safety from two aspects of human disposable behavior factors and habitual behavior,and analyzes the existing organization management guarantee situation from two aspects of organization safety guidance behavior and operation behavior.Secondly,based on the "2-4" model of behavior safety,the safety management index system is constructed.AHP is used to calculate the weight of each index,and the questionnaire is designed according to the construction of the index.Through the form of questionnaire survey,this paper makes statistics on the personnel safety problems of Chengdu Metro Line 5,and makes descriptive statistical analysis on the existing problems,as well as t-test on the selection differences of different objects.It is found that the problem of unsafe physical state at the individual level is the most serious,habitual behavior performs better,and the organizational safety operation behavior at the organizational level is higher than the organizational safety guidance behavior,but the overall performance is still at a lower level,and there is a lot of room for improvement.At the end of this paper,the improvement measures of personnel safety management of Chengdu Metro Line 5 are given from the personal level and the organizational level respectively: optimizing the operation,action and command of employees,strictly controlling the quality inspection of materials,standardizing the material storage and maintenance system,optimizing the working environment,organizing safety education and training,improving the safety responsibility system,and carrying out the investigation of potential safety hazards.
