Research Of Suitable Design And Technical Strategy In The Sustainable Renovation Of Dewellings In Ruxie Village In Hainan

Under the background of the construction of the "beautiful country" in Hainan, the local contributed to a tide of dwellings update, a large number of traditional volcanic houses are fading. Thus, how to meet the modern requirement of local residents, and retain the characteristics of the traditional volcanic folk house at the same time becomes a subject worth exploring. In this paper, I took the sustainable renovation of the Ruxie village in Hainan as research object, exploring the Sustainable design patterns in the modernization transform of this kind of volcanic-rock dwellings and the appropriate technique of changing the old city to a brand-new one, in order to play a guiding role in the transform of the local dwellings. On the premise of full investigation of the local dwellings, for the renovation of single family houses, this paper focused on the appropriate renovation strategies of this kind of houses, as to the organizer area, the design strategy of the grouped public space and the integrated application of sustainable technologies inside the public space became the key content. Through the in-depth program and drawings design, I explored a series of applicable design strategy and ground construction technology, which would play a positive role in the protection and the modernization of the local traditional houses.
