Non-demolition template is a new type of structural system of formwork engineering. It is made of cement, sand, stone, alkali resistant glass mat cloth, concrete admixtures and water. It can bond with the concrete to be the concrete cover in the ordinary beam and column, and work together with the concrete to bear the load. The most important step of the research on non-demolition templates is to study the bonding property between the template and the concrete. In this thesis, the bonding property of non-demolition template is studied by push-out test, and specific artifacts are analyzed by using finite element method. The main research contents are as follows:(1)Several major methods evaluating the roughness degree and roughness handling of bonding surface are analyzed. The bonding surface is firstly treated by the steel brush strokes, and then by adding steel fibers.(2)According to the theory of orthogonal experiment, 9 groups of experiments are designed, considering respectively the four factors as template of water-cement ratio, water-cement ratio of concrete, template thickness and roughness. Design the contrast test by whether adding steel fiber or not. The test results of the above two kinds of tests are analyzed.(3)Bearing capacity, bond strength and displacement are analyzed by using intuitive analysis method. The calculation formula of concrete bonding strength and bearing capacity are deduced. Then the theoretical value and the test results are compared.(4)Finite element analyses are carried out for three specimen, and then the simulation results are compared with the test results.
