Research On The Quality Management Of Student Dormitory Renovation Project In Zhangjiang Campus Of TCM University

The quality of project construction is the main factor that affects the market competitiveness of engineering construction enterprises and management efficiency.The most important purpose of project quality is using the minimum resources to achieve the highest quality project tasks within a predetermined time.In order to achieve the enhancement of enterprise competitive strength and the expansion of business scale,making the enterprise gain long-term development in the increasingly fierce market competition only after the completion of the project can able to achieve the desired design quality.This is not only conducive to the safety of people’s lives property and the development of the country,but also conducive to the reputation and market of enterprises through quality management of construction projects,improving project quality,shortening project duration and creating brand image of enterprises,thus increasing the share of enterprises in the construction market.This thesis research on the quality management of student dormitory renovation project in Zhangjiang campus of TCM University based on the theory and method of project quality management in knowledge of project management.First of all,this thesis summarizes the concepts,processes and principles of the relevant theories in project quality management.Then summarize the general situation,characteristics,programming and quality requirements of renovation project of student dormitory in Zhangjiang campus of TCM University.On this basis to using the theory of quality planning in project quality management to carry on the concrete plan and quality management plan on renovation project of student dormitory in Zhangjiang campus.Finally,applying project quality assurance system to establish the system of personnel guarantee,organization guarantee and resource guarantee on quality management of student dormitory renovation project in Zhangjiang campus.This thesis puts forward the key points of project quality control and the concrete contents of each stage control from two aspects of project construction quality management and control,and project quality inspection.Among them,project construction quality management and control including establishment of construction quality management system,safety health and environmental management,improvement methods of construction quality,establishment of evaluation and assessment system for subcontractors and suppliers,implementation of certification system and license allowance.In terms of project quality testing including quality inspection process,the first stage self-inspection of indoor compartment,the second stage self-inspection on the completion of the loading works,other deficiency and site improvement,etc.Finally,the thesis reached the conclusion and determined the key points of quality control in different stages of construction on the quality management of student dormitory renovation project in Zhangjiang campus.This thesis is research on quality management of construction project to realize the optimization of the quality management in the construction process of dormitory renovation project,reduce the waste of resources in the construction process.It has a certain reference and guidance role for dormitory renovation project to other universities.
