Collapsible loess are mainly distributed in the northwest and North China area.Recently, due to improper management or selection of foundation treatment method used in the process of housing has caused uneven settlement of foundation. It is difficult for the normal production and some even has posed a threat to the safety of the building. To different foundation forms of existing buildings, how to ensure the structure of the whole synchronous to lift synchronously. And avoid stress concentration, ensure the safety of the upper structure, which is a topic worthy of further study. Therefore, it has practical significance to carry out research on housing tilt correction technology.This paper is based on a power plant slime pump reinforcement, integral jacking rectification engineering as the background, the pit jacked pile integral jacking correction method was applied to the research of the system. The main results are as follows:1. It analyses the current situation of the development of domestic and international rectification and reinforcement technology and the classic case, and discusses and summarizes the construction(structure) of the commonly used reinforcement method, the rectification of the program and the applicable conditions.From the tilt of the building is researched from the foundation stability, foundation form, design, construction, management and other aspects of the reasons.2. It elaborates systematically the design principle and design process of pit jacked pile jacking correction method, and explains the key construction process of the methodand field monitoring program. The pile composite foundation is composed of the static pressure underpinning pile and the original foundation. The working principle,design method and reliability of the composite foundation are analyzed also.3. The layout of the underpinning pile and the design of the correcting scheme are carried out in detail. In the construction of the structural reinforcement treatment,monitoring, quality assurance measures are studied in detail which the useful conclusions can be drawn.4. Several key problems of pit jacked pile jacking rectification of design, such as heavy pile resistance characteristics and different foundation forms the whole synchronous jack up rectification construction methods are studied and then given different treatment measures.5. In accordance with the principle of "information construction", in the construction process, a slime pump subsidence and tilt rate data are obtained by field monitoring of underpinning piles of construction sequence and top up scheme of continuous adjustment. Ultimately, it achieves expected purpose of reinforcement.Practice has proved that the pit jacked pile jacking rectification method is an effective treatment to solve the housing problem tilt mode. The method to handle inclined buildings with different foundation forms by the overall structure of jacking rectification technology is safe and effective, which has good economic and social benefits. The method has a short duration, and the effect of correcting is easy to control so as to be promoted in the loess areas.
