In recent years,the existing buildings tilt governance issues gradually paid great attention by people.Building lifting technology as an important branch of existing buildings lean management,which in the building rectification direction is increasingly mature.Research on building jack lifting technology are also increasingly in-depth.Through consulting and studying relevant literature and specification requirements,review the current deviation of several main methods,and the characteristics of each method and the applicable scope.The development course of building rectification technology at home and abroad and achievements made by simply introduced.Points out that building rectifying the problems existing in the research and development.This paper,taking a brick structure residential building in north China as the research object,combining with related technical data,analyze the reason for the building of the tilt;In detail in this paper,the design principle,strengthening the project jack lifting scheme and construction process,summarizes the key technology in lifting rectification;Using the limited element software of ABAQUS,the brick structure numerical simulation study of jack lifting.Defines the engineering structure finite element analysis of the basic assumptions.Details the modeling the project size,modeling method,the properties of the material and the related parameters Settings;Using slow load amplitude control will jack lifting,the dynamic process of converting process of static analysis in the research and analyses the jack lifting system of RC underpinning and the stress and deformation regularity of the upper structure,further review the rationality of the rectifying reinforcement scheme,clear in the process of rectifying the weak position,to the actual rectification work to provide technical support.The construction control technology of jacking and rectification construction is introduced in detail,which effectively controls the force and deformation of Jack lift,lift displacement and RC underpinning structure in the process of jacking and rectification,and compares the roof lift and the change of the beam stress in the engineering practice and the finite element analysis.The error analysis is carried out to verify the finite element model.The accuracy of the proposed method and the safety of the engineering scheme.The effect of top lift plane position,top lift correction speed and top beam height on jacking and deviation correction of brick concrete structure is studied.According to the calculation results,the design of the replacement scheme is optimized and the similar jacking rectification project is guided..The success of the project jack lifting,further evidence that artificial hole pileunderpinning and the combination of RC underpinning beam is an effective method of brick settlement tilt harm for governance.This method can not only efficiently recover quickly building original verticality,fundamentally governance original foundation uneven adverse situation,at the same time to rate and reasonable control jack lifting structure safety,is a kind of strong controllability,high accuracy of correction methods,at the same time can also provide design guidance for the similar projects in the future and construction experience.
