In recent years,China has achieved unprecedented achievements in engineering construction,various forms of construction are constantly emerging,and the scale of construction is also expanding.However,at the same time as the achievements,the quality problems of many engineering projects have also appeared.Due to a variety of factors,some buildings must select land with poor geological conditions as construction land,which will bring greater security risks to the later construction.In particular,some multi-storey houses with brick-concrete structure have low shear strength and poor seismic performance.Most of them use natural foundations.After long-term use,problems such as uneven settlement,inclination and cracking may occur.Correcting and reinforcing existing tilted buildings not only restores them,but also reduces economic losses.Therefore,the research on the theory and key technologies of the existing buildings is still one of the important topics in geotechnical engineering research.Based on the overall lifting and rectification of the 19# building in the 12 th district of Taohuawu,Zhenjiang City and the reinforcement of the anchor static pressure piles,this paper systematically studies the application of the integral jacking method in the rectification and reinforcement of large-span brick-concrete structures.The main results are as follows:1.The development status and classic cases of rectification and reinforcement technology at home and abroad are analyzed.The common rectification and reinforcement methods for buildings are listed.The applicable scope of each method is discussed and summarized,and the main reasons leading to the inclination of buildings are analyzed.2.Taking the typical tilted house of the brick-concrete structure in the No.19 Building,Taohuawu 12 th District,Zhenjiang City as an example,the reasons for the tilt of the house were analyzed,and a reasonable rectification and reinforcement scheme was formulated: The lifting and rectifying process is to reinforce the foundation bearing capacity by widening the original foundation beam and using the anchor static pressure pile,replacing the original bearing wall with the supporting beam,and implementing the dynamic control of the roof of the large-span brick-concrete structure roof to correct the deviation The purpose of correcting deviations.3.Through the calculation of the key steps of the vertical bearing capacity of the static pile of the anchor static pressure pile,the lifting point of the building and the lifting amount of the building,the conditions for the smooth development of the correction and reinforcement are created.Practice has proved that the overall lifting and correcting process of the building combined with the anchor static pressure pile reinforcement is an effective method to solve the problem of tilting houses with brick-concrete structure.The analysis and research results of this paper have certain reference significance for the rectification and reinforcement of existing buildings.
