Mine ventilation is a indispensable part of coal mine design, the reasonable mine ventilation design for the mine safety production and operation provides an important guarantee. The special ventilation shaft as a channel of mine ventilation, use the full fresh air system to convey outdoor air to each working point to supply personnel’s breath and reduce of the mine’s bottom, dilution all kinds of poisonous and harmful gas and dust of the mine bottom. Mine ventilation provide a safe and good working environment to underground worker and guarantee the safety of mine production and construction.The project of daliuta coal mine of baijiaqu return air source heat pump is included in the national high and new technology industrial development and investment plans. Baijiaqu return air source heat pump system is northwestern region of practice for the first time for wellbore antifreeze. Return air source heat pump system using spray type water- gas return air heat exchanger recovery the mine return air, combine the technology of water source heat pump heating outdoor air, take the way of closed wellhead room mix to wellbore antifreeze’s air preheating. But in the process of system operation, the air exist local area at low temperature and this temperature is lower than 2 ℃, and the well wall make spray water, the import of the air susceptible to icing, hit the ice, and may lead to the risk of the shortage of the mine ventilation rate, it causes serious threat of the safety of the mine personnel and property.This paper on the basis of extensive researching and accessing datas, analyzes and experiments several problems and proposes the corresponding improvements in the process of system operation about daliuta coal mine of baijiaqu return air source heat pump.First run in winter, conduct site test of operation process, parameters, and wellhead room air condition of Daliuta coal mine of baijiaqu return air source heat pump system to become a heat pump system. Based on this, in order to effectively solve the local low temperature zone of a wellhead(less than 2 ℃) into the wind well temperature, the paper maily analysis the mixing of hot and cold air of wellhead room. Choose two representative outdoor temperature 8 ℃, 25 ℃, combined with Fluent numerical simulation technique to solve the wellhead cold side of the local area(less than 2 ℃ temperature) problem effectively. Taking 5 ways to simulation experiment of the mine bottom: changing the position of the hot port, adding iron duct on hot port side, changing the position of the hot air port and adding iron duct on hot port side, adding the wall on hot port side, adding the wall on hot port side and changing the position of the hot air port, etc. Make temperature cloud image analysis of the effect of the wellhead room hot and cold air mixing on the temperature of the typical cross section of Z- 0.405 m. Finally, uses adding the wall on hot port side and changing the position of the hot air port(remains hot port B, F position, change the position of the hot air port C,G, make the space of 5.2 m of the hot air port B and C, F and G, the spacing of hot air port C and D, G and H is still 2.15 m, the width of the wall is 0.24 m, the height is 3.75 m, adding the wall of hot air port B, C, D, F, G, H, concluded that the length of the wall is :(1)add the length of 1.5 m of the wall on the hot port B and C, Fand G, adding the length of 2 m of the wall on the hot port C and D, G and H;(2)adding the length of 2 m of the wall on the hot port B and C, Fand G, C and D, G and H;(3)adding the length of 2.5 m of the wall on the hot port C and D, G and H, adding the length of 2 m of the wall on the hot port B and C, Fand G), the inlet air temperature is conform to the requirements of specification and the actual operation under the the mine bottom structure.
