Research Of Air Source Heat Pump Radiant Floor Heating System In Cold Area

Due to the pressures of the environment and energy issues,especially in recently years,the emergence of haze weather in north of China,the negative influence of traditional heating attracted more and more people's attention.This paper presents an air source heat pump radiant floor heating system.Air source heat source is a kind of indirect use of solar energy equipment,with advantages of flexible,high efficiency,no pollution;radiant floor heating as the end forms of heating system,has the characteristics of health,comfort and energy saving etc.Different with the ordinary radiator as the end,the radiant floor heating on the average temperature of supply and return water requirements are relatively low.The lowly water temperature can relatively improve the air source heat pump's heating efficiency under the lowly temperature environment.First we have carried on the analysis of the radiant floor heating system.This paper selected the area of northern China's most widely used in wet floor radiation heating system as the research object.The simulation analysis was carried out using FLUENT simulation software structure layer of floor radiation heating of the heat transfer and the floor surface temperature,get the floor surface for heat transfer composite wood floors and marble of floor radiation heating heat transfer unit.Analysis shows that the theory of the radiant floor heating when the average temperature is 35 ?,the floor surface temperature can reach 28 ?,For meeting the heating requirements.Through the temperature field of 24 ?,26 ? and 28 ? three floor surface temperature room and comfort simulation.Based on the study of the floor radiant heating analysis of the low temperature air source heat pump in the commercial market,the operation effect of these products in cold regions in China was predicted.And Simulation Analysis on the situation of air source heat pump radiant floor heating operation in the Shenyang area are simulated by using TRNSYS software,draws the air source heat pump radiant floor heating can basically meet the heating demand.But in the extreme weather conditions of the air source heat pump heating capacity is limited,in the actual application should be improved.The article finally has carried on the analysis to the application of the characteristics of air heat pump radiant floor heating system in northern cold region of china.And make an evaluation of the system of economic benefit and environmental benefit.Aiming at the how to reduce the system efficiency when the temperature is falling put forward some improvements Giving evaluation of the economic and environmental benefits of the system.Because the system initial investment is high,so in municipal heat supply network of the city,the economic benefits of using this system to heating advantage is not obviously,but from the perspective of environmental benefits,the advantages is obviously.
