With the rapidly development of traffic construction in the northwest loess mountainous areas of China, it will produce many landslides. Besides, our country is located in the world’s most active two seismic belt, earthquake fault zone are well-developed. Huang Yan highway expansion project is located in ordos massif, This makes the study of the stability of the slope has important practical significance under the action of earthquake force. At present, the standard specification in more traditional safety coefficient method for slope stability analysis, often treats the level of seismic force as static, does not take into account the earthquake force in the direction of the arbitrary and other influencing factors of randomness. Therefore, this article based on Huang Yan highway expansion project, In terms of reliability any direction probability analysis of slope stability under the action of earthquake force. The main work content is as follows:1. Engineering geology and earthquake damage situation of Huang Yan highway expansion project were detailly investigated, and determined the largest impact of the project area’s is Fenwei seismic belt, through analysis of seismic activity and make the corresponding inference.2. Based on the improved unbalanced thrust transfer method and Fiessler method,the reliability analysis model is established. According to the basic principle of unbalanced thrust transfer method, a complete new formula is deduced, when the slope in the any direction of earthquake force. Introduced a concept of Fiessler method, The Fiessler method and the improved unbalanced thrust transfer method establish a new reliability analysis of function. the reliability index and failure probability of the project under earthquake are obtained, and using the direction data statistics principle to solve the most dangerous direction Angle of the earthquake.3. Through the design and calculation of rigid pile’s anchor coupled with Fiessler method establish anti-slide pile anchorage reliability calculation method, the relevant formulas have been deduced again, A new state function was established for the evaluation of reliability index to the traditional method’s anchoring depth, the Excel program is compiled to parameter sensitivity analyzed, and got some regularity in slope reliability analysis.
