Combining the functions of sound absorption, fire prevention, heat insulation, etc,perlite sound-absorption board is a kind of new building material which has a broad market prospect. But currently sound-absorption boards are mostly producted by semi-automated methods resulting in low productivity, high costs and the quality of the products is difficult to guarantee. In order to meet the growing market demand for perlite sound-absorption board, it is of great significance to provide a stable automated production line with high production efficiency. Therefore, based on existing domestic processing equipments of perlite sound-absorption board, this paper designed an automated belt-type production line which has high production efficiency, high stability and high quality of products.According to the production requirements of perlite sound-absorption board by the enterprise, this paper first analyzed and compared the working methods of the existing mold-vertical-circulating production line, the mold-rotary-circulating production line and the no-mold production line of perlite sound-absorption board. Focusing on the advantages and disadvantages of the no-mold production line and according to mould pressing theoretical analysis of perlite, this paper completed the overall design of the belt-type production line and identified the basic structure of the main line.Secondly, this paper finished theoretical analysis, structural design and relevant parameters calculation of the main structures and matching devices of the upper conveyor chain, the lower conveyor belt and the hydraulic forming machine in the main production line. The three-dimensional modeling and assembly of major components and the whole main line had been finished by using three-dimensional design software SolidWorks.Therefore, whether the relationship between the design of structure and the cooperation among components was reasonable had been verified, which also provided model support for subsequent simulation analysis.Finally, on the basis of the three-dimensional models established previously, dynamic simulation to the driving roller of the lower conveyor belt and contact analysis to the upper conveyor chain had been made by using software ANSYS workbench. Through the modal analysis of the driving roller, the first six natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes were obtained. In addition, dynamic optimization design of the driving roller hadbeen made by setting two parameters of it variable, which significantly enhanced the vibration resistance in working condition. The contact analysis to the upper conveyor chain verified the reliability of the design, which provided a strong theoretical basis for the practical application of this design and program of the belt-type perlite sound-absorption production line.
