With the rapid development of the construction industry and advanced manufacturing intoday’s society, people are increasingly demanding in environmental decoration materials.Traditional manual production methods is bound to be eliminated in today’s market because of itslow production efficiency、product qualification rate, difficulties in product testing and othershortcomings, so the design of a high degree of automation of production lines is essential.Paper designed chain drive panels production line is a set of automated continuousproduction equipment that mix perlite and binder by a certain percentage,then pressure forming.The production line including chain drive mold mainline and other ancillary equipment(Put-board machine,put-materials machine, put-net machine, laminating equipment, drying andseparation equipment, etc.). This production main line using a chain drive mold form, continuousautomatic production can be done with a high degree of automation, high production efficiency,safety and reliability, easy operation, low production cost, small equipment space and so on.First, paper compare and analysis the respective advantages and disadvantages of the twoproduction lines program has been designed by the research group, based on the analysis results,used TRIZ theory proposed a new production main line design program: the sound-absorbingpanel automatic production line‘s chain drived mainline.Secondly, according to the new design plan paper designed the mainline frame, mold andchains, stamping die cleaning equipment and preventing adhesion equipment, gear drivemechanism, hold mechanism, pressure forming part.Paper conducted the structural design andparameter calculation, then apply Solidworks3D modeling software to model the assembly ofthese structures, testing and verifying if the structural design is reasonable, but also for thesimulation analysis provides a model behind support.Finally, put the already well-established three-dimensional model into ADAMS and ANSYSWorkbench simulation software, then conducted the Modal analysis and dynamic analysis formain production line and the results obtained in order to avoid main production line resonance,testing whether the designed strength meet the actual use requirements, for testing and verifyingif the program design is reasonable provides an intuitive and effective basis and reference.
