The Study On Schedule Management Of Wire Guidance Installation Project In M Company

For the facility modification project, the project schedule management plays an important role in success of the whole project. During the project start period, first make a reasonable and scientific project schedule, then find out the deviation between the real schedule and planning schedule, take the action to correct it during the project process; guarantee the project is completed on the schedule to meet the customer time requirement.In this article the author links the current study and application in the project schedule management, explains the theory of project schedule plan and project schedule control. Through the analysis of the project schedule management of the wire guidance installation, the author finds out the trouble exist in the project:unreasonable project plan, only considering the logical relation of the jobs, uncertain of the project, the project change affection on the schedule management, the constraints factor affection on the project schedule management. Due to above three reason, the wire guidance installation project schedule management is out of control and the schedule will exceed the time target.Facing the problems exiting in the project, make the project schedule plan via WBS, double code arrow diagram; We study and analysis the constraints factor which will affect the project schedule, find the factors of progress’s restriction, then change the key work, which is limited by the resources, from parallel to serial to eliminate the unreasonable point in the project schedule. Based on the critical chain theory, reduce the security time of every job, set up’security time pool’to share the time. Enhance the buffer management and control to improve the schedule plan of the wire guidance project.
