With the development of economy,hydraulic transmission is an indispensable part of national economy,hydraulic actuators is the core part of hydraulic transmission,and the gear motor has been a very important position in the hydraulic actuators,but because of gear motor’s torque fluctuation is larger,unbalanced radial force,trapped oil phenomenon and big noise,so it is difficult to develop.This paper designed a new type of gear motor due to its symmetrical structure so that the output shaft of the radial force is balanced,radial force balance can significantly reduce the gear shaft and bearing on the overall force, improve the service life of bearing and can improve the mechanical efficiency,and in a motor there are three small motor and three big motors,the small and big motors can work together and work independently so that can output a variety of speed and torque,and by adjusting the initial phase Angle of the small and big motors in order to make the output of the motor torque fluctuation is minimal,due to have unloading groove,so that have a small noise.This paper revolves around the following directions:(1)Consult relevant literature and data, understand the current research status and research trends of gear motor at home and abroad,to analyzed the working principle of the new type of gear motor,and finally the design the structure of the motor;(2)To optimize the structure of the motor and to check the strength,and finally to determine the size of the parts,then to mapping the two-dimensional and three-dimensional figures.(3)Analyzed the working principle and structural features and the advantages and disadvantagesof the gear motor,and show the different way of working,then analysis of its output characteristic under different ways of working,and analyzed the maximum and minimum torque ripple,finally to deduce the leakage of motor under different ways of working.(4)Analyzed the stress of every gears of the motor under different ways of working,and to deduced the output shaft radial force is zero,then use FLUENT to analyzed the flow field characteristics of the motor’s feed port,and finally optimized the unreasonable places.(5)Set up the experimental platform and for the original rational experiment of the motor,test the motor’s output rotational speed and torque under different ways of working in different pressures and record the experiment data to verify the feasibility of the motor.
