The ordinary gear motor is a kind of dynamic output hydraulic components。Its structure is simple, working environment requirement is low and cost is low。but at the same time the output torque is ripple, radial force is unbalanced and noise is large。The multi-gear motor is a new motive power output hydraulic components which is proposed based on the ordinary gear motor。To some extent, it solved the ordinary gear motor's shortcomings such as unbalanced radial force and the output torque rippleAfter comprehensive analyzing the common external meshing gears motor operating characteristics, the multi-gear motor radial hydraulic pressure and meshing force are analyzed in theory. Analysis results show that the center wheel radial hydraulic pressure and meshing force are balance; under the same conditions, the force of planet wheels also get lower.; At the same time the gear motor statics force characteristics are analyzed and it is theoretically proved that center wheel radial hydraulic pressure, gearing-in force and total force is balance。On the basis of multi-gear motor entity model, the ANSYS finite element analysis software ANSYS and Workbench are used to analysis the main part of the gear motor——shell,gear and bushings, a foundation is built for optimizing multi-gear motor structure parameters and prototype design。The output torque characteristics of multi-gear motor are theoretically analyzed. The MATLAB software is used to simulate the gear motor torque characteristics, the simulation results are identical to the theoretical analysis.The results reveal that the multi-gear motor output torque characteristics in the aspects of pulse amplitude and frequency are better than ordinary gear motor.Five material friction and wear experiments are made on the friction and wear testing machine。Experiment data is analyzed and compared, finally a friction and wear performance better materials is choosed to create the collar and expect reduce the gear motor of end leakage and improve the working life of gear motor through this method。...
