Due to advantages of large load capacity and high working efficiency, face-shovel hydraulic excavator is widely used in industrial and civil construction, transportation construction and infrastructure construction. Its kinematic performance, exertions of the digging force, dynamics performance and service life will affect the schedule and costs of construction. The working device of the shovel excavator is used as the core component of the digging, lifting and loading task, and its structural characteristics determines the working performance of the excavator. So it is very necessary to study the dynamic characteristics of the working device of the shovel. However in our country research on the configuration of the working device of face-shovel is still deficient, we still lack intellectual property rights configuration. Therefore, in this paper analyzed the dynamic characteristics of the mathematical model, based on the working device of a new face-shovel hydraulic excavator.Firstly, the paper processed kinematics solutions based on D-H method,the forward and reverse equations to position for mechanism is obtained, and solved the direct solution of velocity and acceleration. Theoretical digging force of hydraulic cylinder and theoretical digging force of the whole machine is carried out. Using the excavating map overlap method drew Mine Map of hydraulic Excavator. Using the experimental formula calculated the excavating resistance, and analyzed its direction.Then, using Kane-Huston method, deduced the dynamics of the working device. And drew driving force curves of the three sets hydraulic cylinders, of completed a typical digging and lifting process. Through the virtual prototype software ADAMS, the dynamic simulation of the working device was carried out. And results with Kane-Huston method were compared to verify the accuracy.Finally, using the co-simulation of ANSYS and ADAMS, established the rigid flexible coupling model of the working device of shovel excavator. Analyzed dynamic stress of working device during complete a typical digging and lifting process and dynamic stress of working device under impact load.
