Mining machinery as one of the main types of construction machinery,plays a very important role in the industry,construction,mining and many other fields.With the rapid development of the national economy,the demand of large scale face-shovel hydraulic excavator is more and more large and their research is also more and more extensive.In comparision to foreign countries,the domestic research on its technology is still relatively small and is also subject to restrictions on foreign intellectual property rights.In this paper,based on the kinematic chain topology map database,a type of 12-link 3-DoF of the large scale hydraulic excavator is selected out.The working device is of exploration and research on the kinematics,statics,dynamics and so on,so as to be put into practical application as soon as possible.Based on the D-H method,the kinematic model of the excavator working device is built.In the condition of the relevant data,the kinematics is solved,and the forward kinematics,inverse kinematics,workspace,typical mining operations as well as the mechanism and components of velocity and acceleration are analyzed.Then the static model of the working device and its components is established,and the stress analysis is carried out.The software Ansys is used to analyze the static strength of the main structure of the working device in dangerous condition.Then,the theoretical equation of the hydraulic cylinder and the whole machine is established and solved with the analysis and the excavation picture is drawn out.At the end,the dynamic model of the working device is established,with the introduction of virtual prototyping technology,the three-dimensional model of the excavator is put into the virtual prototype analysis software Adams and simulated in dynamics.the corresponding relation simulation curve is output.
