Research On Reliability Test Facility Of Bladder Accumulator And Its Lifetime

Accumulator is an important auxiliary part in hydraulic system, it plays an important role to ensure normal operation, improve the dynamic quality of the hydraulic system, keep working stability, prolong the working life of equipment and reduce noise etc. Its reliability level effect on the whole hydraulic system cannot be ignored. All the function of accumulator is accomplished through its own filled- release liquid. So, the action time of accumulator is an important criterion for lifetime. Therefore, it is very necessary to measure its reliability lifetime.In the present paper, by researching accumulator’s theory, and in view of the traditional hydraulic accumulator in hydraulic system of test method of the deficiencies, has described the design of a reliability test system of bladder accumulator. The test system contained hydraulic loop system and control system.According to the need of the test bench, the pressurization is conducted by using the pressure cylinder, and reduces the valve and pump load, saves test time. The condition monitoring and control system based on PLC can be used to collect and save field data, to draw and save testing curve.In the reliability test of bladder accumulator, the fixed time censoring method is used to get zero-failure data. According to zero-failure data of bladder accumulator life, the reliability is researched. Employing Bayes method and optimal confidence limit method in the case of weibull distribution, the reliability of bladder accumulator is assessed. By Bayes method, the reliability model is established. By optimal confidence limit method, the unilateral model for lower confidence bound of reliability and the unilateral model for lower confidence bound limit of bladder accumulator?s life is established. The evaluation of bladder accumulator reliability lifetime has significance for improving the life and reliability level of accumulator. This is an application of the research on no failure data, and is a theoretical and practical value.
