Accumulator is an important hydraulic component in hydraulic system,Its stability and reliability are very important to the normal operation of the hydraulic system,to improve the dynamic characteristics of the system,to reduce the noise of the system and to extend the working life of the system. The function of accumulator can be realized through its own liquid filling and liquid discharging action,so the number of times of liquid filling and discharging is very important. Therefore,it is necessary to study the reliability and life of the accumulator. The shortcomings of the traditional hydraulic test system of accumulator, the original hydraulic system is reformed and designed,a reliability and life test system of accumulator is designed, and the test system is composed of hydraulic system and measurement and control system.According to the needs of the test rig,the design of the fuel tank and hydraulic components is designed;the control system and condition monitoring based on PLC can not only realize all kinds of control actions of the test system, but also can complete the collection of test data and draw the test curve. In the reliability test of the accumulator, this paper adopts the method of no replacement and timing truncation to get single failure data. Therefore,it is necessary to study the reliability of single failure data.Reliability and life assessment of energy storage devices under exponential distribution and Weibull distribution.Reliability evaluation and life prediction of accumulator,it is very important to improve the reliability level of accumulator and the whole life of accumulator,it is also a kind of engineering application for the study of single failure data, and is of theoretical and practical value.
