The Urban Roads’ Sweeping Machine is a specialized equipment used to cleaning, collecting and transporting garbage. The Roads’ Absorbing and Sweeping Machine has connection absorption with sweeping, it has high sweeping efficiency and will not raise more dust, even it has used widely in daily roads’ sweeping. The dust absorption system and dust collection system are the main working systems of the Urban Roads’ Absorbing and Sweeping Machine. The structure technology level of the dust absorption system and dust collection system have the direct impact on the efficiency of dust absorption and dust collection, what is more, it is very important for the development and innovation of the Urban Roads’ Absorbing and Sweeping Machine. Therefore, in this dissertation, Urban Roads’ Absorbing and Sweeping Machine has been chosen to study, not only using the finite element method and flow distribution method to analyze the dust absorption system and dust collection system, but also to optimize their structure.Firstly, analyzed the working objects(the compounds of air and dust) of The Urban Roads’ Absorbing and Sweeping Machine. The cleaning objects are classified according to the shape, density and volume. Analyzed different kinds of dusts and calculated the minimum flow velocity of dust being absorbed and minimum pressure of dust being sucked, what’s more, calculated the minimum flow velocity of dust being down in the collection box.Secondly, analyzed the important structure parameters of dust absorption system and dust collection system based on the related standards and structure demands of the Urban Roads’ Absorbing and Sweeping Machine. The parameterized model of dust absorption system and dust collection system are built through ANSYS APDL.Thirdly, analyzed the model of dust absorption system and dust collection system used by FLUENT, and analyzed the defect of them.Last, according to the analysis results, the initial structures of dust absorption system and dust collection system are improved. Analyzed the new structures of dust absorption system and dust collection system, the Roads’ Absorbing and Sweeping Machine’s efficiency of dust absorption and dust collection are improved.This research shows the general process of product design and development of Roads’ Absorbing and Sweeping Machine’s dust absorption system and dust collection system. Methods of the paper have theoretical significance for Roads’ Absorbing and Sweeping Machine and the other similar products.
