The Road Sweeper Machine is a specialized sanitation vehicle used to cleaning,collecting and transporting garbage.At present,it has been widely used in the maintenance of urban roads.The dust collecting system is the core system of the road sweeper working.The structure of the dust tray and the settlement box in the dust collecting system has an important influence on the dust collecting and dust settling.In this paper,a certain type of road sweeper is used as the research object,the method of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)analysis is used to simulating the flow field of the dust trays and settling boxes,and studying on its dust absorption performance and dust removal performance.On the basis of this,the structure improvement design of the dust tray and settlement box is carried out.In the second chapter of this paper,the air and dust particles of the working object of the sweeper's cleaning system are introduced.According to the physical properties of the shape,volume and density of the cleaning object,the cleaning objects are divided into three categories,and the cleaning objects are called dust particles.Then the mechanism of starting and settling of dust particles in the air flow is studied,and the force acting on the dust particles in the process of starting and settling is analyzed respectively,and the minimum air velocity of the dust particles inhaled by the dust trays is calculated,the minimum negative pressure required for the suction duct and the minimum wind speed required to rely on gravity settlement entirely in the settlement box.The dust tray is one of the key parts in the dust collecting system,whether its structure is reasonable or not directly affects the dust collection efficiency.In the third chapter of this paper,the calculation models of the traditional and improved dust trays are established in Creo3.0,and the flow field of the two kinds of dust tray is analyzed by using the flow field simulation software.The results of flow field simulation show that the flow field distribution in the improved dust tray is more reasonable and the dust absorption efficiency is higher.The structure of the improved dust tray is improved,and the optimal structure of the tray is obtained.Based on the DMP model,the gas-solid two-phase flow simulation was carried out on the optimized dust tray.Studying on the moving track of large diameter dust particles inside the dust tray.The results showed that the dust particles could be inhaled smoothly and the dustabsorption effect is good.The role of the settlement box in the dust collecting system is to collect dust particles,and the dust particles inhaled by the dust trays will eventually enter the settling boxes for settling.In the fourth chapter,the flow field of the traditional settlement box and the improved settlement box are analyzed by using the flow field simulation software,and their settlement efficiency is compared.The structure of the improved settlement box is improved and the optimal settlement box structure is proposed.Based on the DMP model,the gas-solid two-phase flow of the optimized settling box is simulated,tracking the movement of small diameter dust particles in the settlement box.The analysis results show that the dust particles can be settled successfully,and the optimized settling box structure is reasonable.Considering that the floating objects such as leaves in the settlement box may clog the filter screen,a barrier cleaning mechanism is designed to ensure the flow of air is smoothly in the fifth chapter of this paper.
