In the through steel pipe concrete tied arch bridge, the suspender is the important structure member which transfers the girder load to arch rib.The suspender force directly affects the stress and deformation of girder and arch rib, even affects the service life after bridge is completed. How to determine the suspender force of through steel pipe concrete tied arch bridge in finished bridge state and the construction state, and ensure the engineering quality in the construction process, are the the problems that need to solve when develop this type of bridge.This paper takes the Yao Guan Tun double extra-large bridge as engineering background, is designed to determine the reasonable suspender forces in finished bridge state and the construction state,and construction control of the through three spans continuous tied-arch bridge.The main research content is as follows:(1) On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature,arrange and analyze the reasonable suspender force in finished bridge state of tied arch bridge.Set up finished bridge Midas/civil finite element model,choose different control objectives, simulation compute cable force of finished bridge for different methods,and through comparing the various methods of the suspender conditions to find a suitable method for the reasonable suspender force in finished bridge state of the through three spans continuous tied-arch bridge.(2) Establish Bridge construction process model,carry on feasibility research of the one-off tension for different hanger tension scheme, comparison analyze different schemes of cable force stress and the changes of arch rib stress, and then conclude the most reasonable scheme of the Yao Guan Tun double extra-large bridge to direct the bridge construction.(3) The results of theoretical analysis are applied to the construction control practice of Yao Guan Tun double extra-large bridge,compare with the measured value and theoretical value.The results can not only guide to complete the bridge construction but also verify the accuracy of confirming tied arch bridge reasonablesuspender forces in finished bridge and the construction state,thus Offering valuable reference for the design and construction of similar Bridges.
