In order to study actuality of Concrete-filled steel Tubular arch bridge and the questions, based on an engineering, using finite element analysis software to analyze the reasonable finished and construction stages cable tension as well as the parameter sensitivity, and the feasibility of the arch bridge with no tension have been studied in this paper.First,the model of optimization for suspenders, tension in Concrete-filled Steel Tubular arch bridge was set up.Suspenders, tension in finished state and during the construction was optimized by Least Bend Energy Theoretic and combined with the influence matrix method, and also introduce the Bending stiffness reduction factor and the axial stiffness expansion factor. Then the paper analyzed structure performance of Concrete-filled steel Tubular arch bridge when suspenders, tension was optimized.Secondly, according to the design in order to establish the construction phase, use the unknown load coefficient, which is based on the impact matrix method to determine the tension of the derrick construction stages, and through the calculation, the author analyze the advantages and disadvantages between two method, which are tensioned one time or step by step. By using these two methods, eventually, the tension force both are very closed to the completed bridge stage goal, this paper also studied the tensioning sequence on the influence of the structure and made some optimization.This paper also points out a situation which the cable with no tension can not meet the requirements of the internal forces, so it is not recommended.Finally, this article also make a sensitivity analysis, and classify these factors, points out that for the sensitivity factors, we should calculate accurately, and strive for a good agreement with the actual construction state, and this can not only control the construction quality, but also try to forecast the risks, ensure that the bridge’s internal force and alignment can meet the design goals during the finished stage.Thus, through calculation and analysis of the instance bridge, the author learned the concrete-filled concrete arc bridge design and construction process and its key links, the author also looking for subsequent readers use for reference in study of steel tube arch significance.
