The multi-span continuous girder bridge with characteristics of strong spanning capacity,driving comfort and material-saving in large-span bridge construction is widely used and promotion.But the multi-span continuous girder bridge in the construction process will be affected by many uncertain factors,resulted in displacements and stress of the bridge structure deviates from the desired design state,it is possible to make the displacements and stress of the bridge structure can not meet the design requirements after the bridge completed.Therefore,construction monitoring of the bridge is very important.This paper is based on the project background of 6×80 m prestressed concrete continuous girder of the Yinchuan Bing Ditch Yellow River Bridge,and mainly completes the following research work:(1)The use of space finite element software Midas/Civil2015 establishes the finite element model of the whole bridge beam for simulation analysis,and obtains the displacements and stress of the beam in the construction,and determines the theoretical value of flip-height of the whole bridge beam;(2)For zero-block forces of continuous girder bridge is more complex,and zero-block is prone to crack in constrction process,the paper analysys local sress of the zero-block across the main beam of NO.23 pier by using the Midas/FEA software,and obtains stress distribution of the zero-block;(3)The paper analyzes and calculates the stent of the 38.75 m boundary span balance segment beam to ensure the security of the stent during the the construction process;(4)The paper describes the purpose and contents of construction monitoring of the Bing Ditch Yellow River Bridge,and introduces the method of monitoring that displacements and stress,and collects the monitoring data of displacements and sterss,and compares the the monitoring data with the theoretical value.The final monitoring results show that the displacements and stress of the Bing Ditch Yellow River Bridge meet the related norms and design requirements,it proves that the method of construction monitoring is feasible.This paper provides experience for construction monitoring of the same type of bridge.
