| When the car is driving, road roughness causes the vehicle vibration. The vibration effects to the pavement structure, making the pavement destruction and even some highways are put into use,but it soon appears some problems; in return, Road early damage makes contribution to vehicle vibration,reducing the comfort and safety of vehicle. Therefore, Reduce the interaction of vehicle and road surface, to be sure its reasonable in a certain range.To improve the vehicle riding comfort,becoming a highlight in the study of vehicle system dynamics.In this paper, the design, manufacture the model was applied to the analysis of vehicle system dynamics of vehicle road test bench, and it based on air suspension and tire stiffness characteristics of the nonlinear vehicle model, vibration model and nonlinear people- car. The main research contents and conclusions are as following:(1) To design and built model experiment system to analyze the vehicle reaction characteristics and the interaction of vehicle. Therefore, the experiment scheme, build the test system, and the corresponding experiment was carried out.(2) The second degree of freedom nonlinear vehicle model was established, the simulation model under random road pavement and the dynamic response characteristics in the sine, the speed and road roughness were studied the influence of vehicle parameters of vehicle dynamic load effects.(3) From the excitation frequency, road roughness, vehicle parameters make a research on the Angle of two degrees of freedom nonlinear vehicle system to study the bifurcation and chaos. It turn out to be existence system bifurcation analysis,it shows that the system and the harmonic resonance phenomenon, almost periodic,chaos and hyper chaos movement of nonlinear response characteristics.(4) To set up the analysis of the nonlinear man-vehicle vibration model of vehicle ride comfort, the study shows the body acceleration evaluation of vehicle ride comfort is not comprehensive, suspension and tire parameters change to improve theride comfort.Comparative analysis of the test results and simulation results shows that car model experiment system can reflect the real vehicle road function, the mechanics characteristics of car for indoor experiment study provides references for road system dynamics problem, this essay research result has a certain theoretical significance and engineering application value. |
