In recent years,new energy vehicle has become a hot topic because of its good economic and emissions performance.The development of new energy vehicles also cator to the requirement of automotive industry strategic transformation and social sustainable development.However,there are a large number of control parameters required for calibration and optimization when developing new energy automotive electronic control unit.Accordingly,this paper developed a complete set of measurement and calibration system for the new energy vehicle controller,which takes multicore chip F28M35 x as its main control chip.To meet the increasingly complex calibration demand of new energy automotive electronic control system,this paper takes the calibration specification ASAP,which is widely recognized by the industry,as the standard of the calibration system software development,and international general XCP is used as the calibrating protocol of the calibration system.The whole measurement and calibration system is modularized and hierarchical for better upgrade and expansion of system function.Measurement and calibration system is mainly composed of PC calibration software system and vehicle controller software system. PC calibration software system, which includes measuring calibration module, XCP protocol module, communication module and database module, integrates A2 L file parser,which can parse out and save the parameters information of the ECU description file. The measurement and calibration module,which can establish the connection between the interface and measurement calibration tasks, is developed based on C# programming language; XCP protocol module implements the package and parse of the XCP message; Multi-threaded parallel transmission and reception of CAN data is built by the communication module; The ADO.NET technology is applied to realize the preservation and management of parameter information in database module.The software system of vehicle controller, which completes the write of F28M35 x chip FLASH unit, the mapping between the FLASH area and RAM area and data communication of C2000 nuclear and ARM nuclear, is developed under the Code Composer Studioenvironment. The system is divided into three layers: XCP transport layer, the protocol layer and interface layer of XCP. The measurement and calibration requests are processed by each layer.A test platform for measurement and calibration system is built in this paper.Thereby,A2 L file analysis, data measurement, parameter calibration and data monitoring are tested based on this platform.The test results show that each function of measurement and calibration system can be completed stably, which meets the design requirements.
