New construction is increasing, while some of the existing structures, due to the rapid deterioration of the environment, a growing number of years, the frequent occurrence of earthquakes, causing that structural safety, serviceability and durability have been the great threats, some of the structures are in urgent need of structural repair or reinforcement. These disasters especially the earthquake are horrible, our country is an earthquake-prone country, and the special geographical location of Xinjiang in turn determines the high incidence of earthquakes, a large number of damaged houses after the earthquake are in dire need to take the most rapid and effective action of reinforcement and repair to restore farmers’ and herdsmen’s normal production and life as soon as possible. In this paper, the reinforcement method of reinforced concrete short column after the earthquake is studied, the main contents and related conclusions are as follows:(1)Test for 36(C20, C25 each 18) reinforced concrete short column, put it under the pressure of the press to achieve the ultimate compression bearing capacity damage, and then put forward five different fast and effective methods of repairing and strengthening, and then take the second axial compressive loading, loaded twice through a short column of test capacity, failure modes, and other mechanical properties of comparative analysis, the reinforcing effect of the different variations and mechanical properties of different methods of repair and reinforcement played, and briefly discusses five quick fix reinforcement construction technology methods.(2) For C20 strength grade concrete damaged short column, with five different methods of repair and reinforcement after reinforcement, ultimate bearing capacity of the structure, has a different degree of ductility enhancement, from the load-displacement curve is evident that in no matter what kinds of repairing and reinforcing methods, stiffness of the structure is lower than the original specimen.(3) For C25 strength grade concrete damaged short column, after five different methods of repair and reinforcement, ultimate bearing capacity of the structure, has a different degree of ductility enhancement, from the load-displacement curve is evident that in no matter what kinds of repairing and reinforcing methods stiffness of the structure is lower than that of the original specimen.(4) Comparative summary of strength class loading test of reinforced concrete short column of C20 and C25, what can be visually seen from the data is that the effect of the same method of reinforcement plays close little deviation, C25 enhancement slightly better, this description concrete strength on reinforcing effect is small. But reinforcement of different reinforcement methods directly affects the reinforcement effect, according to compressive strength ratio before and after, we can clearly see that the method of filling with carbon fiber wrapping is little complex, but can be very effective to restore the compressive strength of specimen damaged to original even beyond the specimen is not damaged before.(5) In the test, a lot of poor test operation will directly affect the reinforcement effect tests. If chamfered edges before strengthening of the specimen aren’t standardized, it is easy to cause that the continuous carbon fiber sheet reinforced participation of the specimen are finally destroyed due to carbon fiber bundle specimen corner being pulled off. In addition, technical operations personnel immature epoxy grouting technology will lead to inaccurate filling port selection and grout being not sufficient, and then finally decrease the reinforcement effect.
