With the development of power electronics,the inverter is developing to be lighter and more powerful.Low frequency transformer is replaced by high frequency transformer in High-frequency Link Inverter, and it can overcome the shortcomings of large volume and slow dynamic response in a traditional inverter.So the performance of the inverter has been improved,but high frequency can produce more loss and electromagnetic interference。So i proposed a new type of high frequency inverter to solve this problem, and it can reduce the loss and electromagnetic interference.In this new type of high-frequency-link inverter,the secondary side of the transformer is a cycle converter.Compared with the push-pull circuit. It only needs to add a series of auxiliary switch between the input power and high frequency transformer.The control mode is a unipolar SPWM.Though the design of the soft switch, I analyzed the working modes for the inverter in detail and designed the parameters for the inverter.Developed a rated power inverter at 550 w, the input voltage 40 v- 60 v, output value of 110 v, frequency 50 hz.It is controled by TMS320F28335 experimental prototype of DSP chip.The experimental result : it can achieve zvs and soft switching for switch tubes in a light-load condition for the main tube in the primary side of the transformer.The auxiliary switch needs a heavy load or large leakage inductance to achieve this process. The result proved the theory of this circuit is meaningful and right. Compared with bidirectional inverter and unidirectional inverter,I briefly summary the characteristic of these inverters.
