Commercial complex,in general,to the large volume,complicated structure forms,use the function diversification direction, but also hidden danger of fire safety in large commercial complex in some ways.A large commercial complex as example in this paper, first of all, conduct site investigation for the personnel distribution of the various functional areas, and calculate its using area reduced rate combined with actual situation, it is concluded personnel distribution density of the internal each functional area of this paper case. Second, the practical measure in adult men and women’s height, shoulder width, and adult men and women’s evacuation speed under the condition of different density and visibility by simulation, using TOBII glasses instrument system analysis the response time of each functional area personnel. Finally, simulation study on evacuation with the Pathfinder evacuation simulation software according to different fire scene, analysis simulation results, such as the passing rate of the door, stair utilization and evacuation bottleneck, study of the safe evacuation of the commercial complex problems, puts forward the measures for evacuation and evacuation route and daily fire control management measures, to make up for the case itself design defects and possible problems and facilitate evacuation of fire, ensure safety evacuate to employees at any time.
