Since supervision system Is subject to our country, it has made significant social and economic benefits.But along with the rapid development of construction market, adjustments and reforms of management system of domestic construction of industrial structure,the development of the supervision in our country is facing both opportunities and enormous challengesat the same time.This paper is divided into four parts,which is to study on the legal issuesof the construction project supervision.
