| The increase of the people has led to the decline of the land area per capita.With the development of the economy,the high-rise building not only solves the reducing problem of the land area per capita,but also brings the obvious social and economic benefits.As the landmark of the country,the high-rise meets the using function and at the same time,it also often considers the coordination of the overall effect and the external environment,thus we could have a setback and low stories of large space building scheme.In order to meet the needs of the building function,the reasonable force transfer and the good economy benefits,we often adopt the design of the transfer story.Because of the vertical transfer of the outer frame,the transfer story as a refuge floor of the building has caused enough attention in the design and construction.This article puts the super-high pole conversion truss installation engineering as the background engineering.This engineering locates in the center of the city,has a serious problems such as : the narrow space,transportation and hoisting limits,the transfer truss structure is complex and has a difficult to guarantee a assemble hoisting success at the scene;because of the large size,the transfer truss stress change is big during the process of the construction structure;and also the steel node structure is complex;the high demands on the structure component,deformation control and construction management in the hoisting construction components.A reasonable transfer truss design has a direct effect on the work-period,cost and safety.This paper focuses on the flowing aspect:Firstly,the article analyses the development situation of the transfer floor design and the construction technology for the recent years,sun up the different design requirements in the different transfer floor structure and the key point of construction in the transfer floor structure with the different building materials.Secondly,this study has confirmed the “local point supporting & cantilever erection” installation plan technology including: determination of installation scheme,the optimization design of temporary support,truss segmentation technique,overweight contact hoisting,factory preassembly and so on.And this article optimizes the erection sequence of the transfer truss and simulates the setup procedure by using the finite element software SAP2000 construction simulation.Third,this paper has had a visual simulation on the article study.With the help of the Revit software,this article builds a structural element mode and leads it to the Naviswork to assemble and then we can have the engineering drawing.Thus we can solve the problem of the information transmission distortion in the technology clarification and so on.This article research result not only has a technical support on the transfer truss structure and also has an reference value for the similar engineering. |
