Design And Research On The Application Of Health Monitoring For Elderly People Based On Context-aware

China aging accelerated, increasing Empty Nester and elderly people living alone is a hot topic in today’s society. The health of the elderly is also one of the hot spots of social concern, specifically for the health monitoring products of the elderly has become a hot research topic. At present, there are many directions for the research of the health monitoring products for the elderly, the use of context-aware technology to the elderly health monitoring products for the elderly and health monitoring research has a very significant meaning.Through a great deal of literature analysis, the theory of context-aware and health monitoring is studied. Taking the science of human affairs as the breakthrough point, the context-aware model based on the theory of science of human affairs is established, context-aware model to the elderly living in the "System of things" as the starting point, is the effective mechanism for application of health monitoring. First through the secondary data research and observation method, the characteristics of the macro level of life in the elderly and the microscopic things that it contains are studied. Then through the coordinate positioning method and the interview method to select things of the typical micro level in the life of the elderly: eat, exercise and travel. In these three kinds of micro situations, the context factors and the mechanism of the system work are expounded. is the base of constructing the context-aware model, and the direction of functional design is obtained. The framework of health monitoring system illustrates how the system works, determine the three main functions of the application according to the direction of functional design: health monitoring, social function and health knowledge. In the end, the preliminary research is used to guide the design of the application of health monitoring for the elderly, including information architecture, flow chart and visual design.The aim of this paper is to provide a new research direction for the design and research of health monitoring products for the elderly, theoretical guidance in the new direction for the design of this type and the design of mobile end products for the aged. At the same time, hope that designers and the whole society to work together to focus on special groups such as the elderly, make society more harmonious.
