Study For Cost Estimation Method Of Green Construction Technology

To satisfy the need of sustainable development, sustainable construction is now in full swing at home and abroad, lots of enterprises are committed to the core technology research and promotion of green construction innovation. However, highly initial investment and uncertainty of economic benefits also make most of them deterred. In order to solve these problems, this article did some study of green construction cost estimation method so as to achieve the accuracy and perspectiveness ones.Green construction technology is bound to be implemented in the process of green building constructing, most of which are new technology. There are some toroubles existing in the process of cost benefit analysis such as reasonable cost allocation and incapability to consider the cost as new technology to be use repeatedly. Up to now, seeing from the research status at home and abroad, there are no immediate applicable theories and calculation methods to solve the above problem, and then predict the expenses incurred in the application process of green construction technology.Firstly, this paper describes the concept of green construction, green construction technology and its scope. Then based on the activity based cost theory and standing in the perspective of systems engineering, hall three dimensions structure is applied to construct the model of ABC estimatation for green construction technology cost, and the logical dimension, knowledge dimension and time dimension are also expounded at the same time. In addition, the differences between this model and traditional ones are compared.The paper seeking the factors that influence the amount of cost drivers in cost estimation, RBF neural network is used to establish the relation between various factors and cost drivers quantity. To apply to the situation that cost decrease with the workout increase for new technology, the theory of the learning curve is used to adjust the cost drivers output.Finally this study takes plastic template technology for example, with special construction plan, the bill of quantities and the relevant data of the financial statements, to estimate of the cost.
