In the face of the serious environmental pollution in the world,the sustainable development of the construction industry,as an industry with serious environmental pollution,has become the goal pursued by various countries.While responding to sustainable development,green building also brings about a corresponding increase in construction cost.The problem of high construction cost of green building has become a constraint factor for its vigorous promotion.In order to accelerate the pace of green building promotion,it has become the focus of attention to explore the causes of the high incremental cost of green building construction.Among the many factors that influence the construction cost of green building,it is found that the influence of green building technology on the construction cost of green building is the most significant.The difference between green building and traditional building lies in the different technologies adopted.However,how green building technology affects the construction cost of green building remains to be further studied.For the first time,the domestic and foreign literature on green building te chnology and green building technology cost was summarized.The meaning of green building techniques were reviewed,and the classification of costs related to innovation,as well as the composition of green building costs and increme ntal cost,influence factors,assessment and research methods,found no studies scholar green building techniques in technology stocks,time,and to build pro cess three-dimensional system influence on green building construction costs.Second,analyze the impact of green building technology stock on the incremental cost of green building construction.Search the keywords related to green building technology,structure retrieval,search the stock of green building technology based on the patent star system,obtain the incremental cost of green building technology through literature,and construct the discount graph of both.It is found that with the increase of technology stock,the incremental cost of green building technology is gradually reduced.Thirdly,the paper studies the impact of green building technology on the incremental cost of green building in terms of time and construction process.The cost of introducing green building technology based on technical economics is a declining curve over time,and the factors that lead to the cost reduction are different at different stages of the application of green building technology.Based on WBS,the planning and design of green building technology and the work in the construction stage are decomposed to collect the main body of the influence of green building technology on the construction cost of green building,and the system of explicit and implicit factors is established based on the above research.Fourth,the incremental cost estimation of green building construction is divided into two parts: explicit and implicit.The explicit incremental cost in the planning and design stage and the construction stage was estimated by learning curve,and the implicit cost was estimated by fuzzy evaluation theory,questionnaire survey and structural entropy weight method.Based on the above estimation,the influencing factors of green building technology on the incremental cost of green building construction were verified to be true and reliable.Based on this conclusion,put forward relevant Suggestions to the developer.This study helps developers to improve the factors that influence the incremental cost of green building technology,analyze the development stage of green building technology cost,and make correct investment strategies to avoid cost risks.
