Development of SG-Ⅲ”Range of Physical Diagnosis Equipment Auxiliary Mounting System”needs to design a special piece of equipment,which should be competent for large load condition,and can adapt to the complex environment.The equipment should be some automation level and achieve the component ’s harmless clamping.Therefore,an Arm-posture Component dismantling Equipment which has six degrees of freedom manipulator with smooth function is designed.The static and dynamic analysis of this equipment have been done.The equipment moves with wheels.Four hydraulic outriggers hin ge joint with the underpan.Amplitude of variation is achieved by articulated boom with parallelogram mechanisms and telescopic boom. The six degrees of freedom manipulator can modiefies the component’s pose.The smooth institution can guarantee that the component is harmless.The sensors installed in the end of the clamp can monitor the force which effect on the component.The design of the virtual prototyping and the processing drawings has been done by the software of Creo2.0.After the equipmen established,based on the theory of mechanism,the article arguments the feasibility of the monitor and the equipment’s stability and the structure’s stress.The freedom manipulator ’s theoretical work space.At last,this thesis demonstrated the feasibility of the equipment which was used to correct the component’s posture.According to the structural features,the shell element was used in the finite element modeling.Then use the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analysis the deformation and stress in the process of working.Through the load,calculate and analyze in a variety of conditions.On the base of the finite element modeling in the process of static analysis,this thesis analyzed the dynamic performance of this equipment.The thesis got the results of deformation and stress of the machine.Rigid dynamic model was built by equivalent finite element integrate method(EFEIM).Then,this thesis acquired the force curve of the oil cylinder by the software of ADAMS. For the smooth structure,this thesis acruired the opti mal value of the stiffness 、 damping and preloading through an orthogonal experiment completed by the software of ADAMS.The results verified the mechanism can meet the design requirements.
