The Research Of Method And Application Of Product Design Of Disassembly Based On Graph Theory

Traditional product design that regards function and economy as its chief index merely considers primary attributes (function, quality, life, cost). It scarcely or even does not consider recycle and effect of ecological environment during product life cycle. Abandoned products do not indicate entirely that their parts and composition materials have become wasters. In fact, many their parts and composition are reclaimed and recycled. Parts of abandoned products firstly must be detached conveniently if they may be recycled by the way of overhaul or other disposal way. As a premise of recovery, disassembly is a kind of effective path of environmental protection , resource and energy saving.As an important content of research of green design, disassembly has an important index which judges the performance of product design. Disassembly design requires that detachability is regards as an aim of structural design at preliminary stage of product design. So connect structure of product is detached, manufactured maintained easily. Meanwhile, recycled parts are recycled sufficiently and effectively after products are abandoned. Lastly, the aim of environmental protection, resource and energy saving can be reached.Based on the subject research of green design of electromechanical products and requirement of design of green product, the following points are finished about design of disassembly of product:1. Based on the research and analysis of information of assembly of product, semantic of assembly is divided into four types in order that assembly mode is expressed briefly and definitely. Assembly mode of product is described through graph of assembly semantic by the way of the theory of graph.2 . The method of transfer from assembly to disassembly should is established in order of the transfer from assembly to disassembly. Disassembly network is established through technology of analysis of activity network and the method of transfer, Disassembly network necessarily is identified from the aspect of consistency and provide the testimony for the evaluation of scheme of evaluation disassembly.3 . Based product recovery, disassembly process should is planned and find optimal or near optimal path. The least time of disassembly is calculated through improved GA. Disassembly process is optimized and near optimal disassembly is offered for product recovery.According to methods mentioned above, Mechanical product is detached. It is tested that the method of design of disassembly researched in paper is feasible.
