As a conventional technology for increasing production in oil and gas fields, fracturing has been taken into account, especially, with the rapid development of shale gas exploitation. Under high pressure and high load, the fracturing construction requires specialized operation. The primary equipment in fracturing construction is the set of fracturing trucks. In foreign countries, especially in North America, the researches in fracturing equipment and manufacturing started earlier. But, recently, at home, they have been developed rapidly in fracturing technology and facility.Fracturing truck is the core of the fracturing set, in which the working equipment are installed on the second-class chassis truck. The fracturing truck is a kind of important engineering vehicles, which is huge, like the mass of 2500 fracturing truck, chosen as the subject, reaches 40 ton. The fracturing working conditions are very bad. It makes worse that the high press and high load cause vibration and noise, and results in adverse impact on personnel and people living at the surroundings. So this article will aim at the vibration of the fracturing truck on working condition, analyze its characteristics and find out the main cause affecting the vibration, so that a design, which plays a certain guiding sign ificance, can be put forward to decrease the vibration.The subject investigated in this article is 2500 fracturing truck, which is widely used. According to its principle, the diesel engine and fracturing pump which installed on the framework are the main vibration source. So based on the matching principle between the power devices and the pump, key parameters could be determined. The vibration incentives are caused by its own motion. The kinematic and dynamic models were established under the environment of MATLAB/Simulink, so as to analyze the frequency characteristics in incentives, which is taken as a theoretical support for the follow-up study.Based on the theory of lumped parameter method, we can establish the models of each vibration system. Then we can get the natural frequency and the vibration energy distribution and the affection of the coupling function.Because the forces and torques caused by the engine and pump has a complex change in the operation, the optimality method for the decoupling r ate was used widely in the optimization of suspension system, as it do not need tons of parameters about the incentive, which are the forces and torques. Based on the decoupling rate optimization and the multi-target method, the decoupling rate of each system can be chosen as optimized objective functions, so that the vibration systems can be decoupled at maximum extent, in accord with the engineering practice to maximum extent, by changing the configuration and physical parameters. Then the linear programming tools can choose the better parameters about the mounting elements to get better function. The results show that the optimization of decoupling rates of each system will improve the vibration isolation performance.
