With the improvement of the economic level and the development of science and technology, the power industry of our country entered the stage of high-speed development.However, due to the technical progress and the change of the modern social life habits, the traditional management mode of electric power service can not meet the existing demand. At present,the electricity information acquisition has no outstanding performance in terms of data security, and the Internet has not widely used in user demand yet. We hope that,under the precondition of safe and reliable,we can implement remote data acquisition for power users, and make effective management and monitoring on the grid and users, so as to accommodate the users’ demand in the era of the Internet, and to save operating costs of the management.This paper intends to design a system based on smart meter remote reading data security encryption and power management, with the aid of modern computer technology, communication technology, electric energy measurement technology and data encryption technology to integratedly implement the grid electricity regulation and the intelligent management system of electric service. The main tasks of this thesis are as follows1. This paper described the background and significance of the topic, and summarizes the domestic and foreign industry research status;2. This paper analyzed the feasibility and system function, and then gived the overall design of the system;3. This paper discussed the detailed solution of the system, mainly includes the following steps:(1) Compared with the data acquisition scheme, it will build remote data acquisition with the method of micro power wireless communication;(2) For data security issues, it will implement chaos algorithm to encryption protection;(3) According to the design ideas and needs analysis, it will use powermanagement system based on the.NET technology architecture design, using B/S architecture solutions;(4) In authority application, this paper implemented the role authority identification and multi-level approval mechanism.4. In system security, this paper adopted the object management session; the dynamic verification code to prevent brute force; SMS verification to improve the degree of user identification; and make integrity checking, logging, rollback to the submitted dataIn this thesis, the designed power management system has no need special wiring in the data acquisition end to micro power wireless communication data set the copy process, with the advantages of broad reading scope, easy expansion and access,which can meet the requirement of different regions of the access network, is effective supplement to electricity meter reading area. The application of chaos algorithm for data encryption can effectively improve the data security. The management system is for user data and electricity data, which can provide information management and intelligent analysis technology, improve management efficiency and reduce operating costs.
