Low Cost Elevator Emergency Alarm System Based On GSM Network Design And Development

Efficiency of information transfer between trapped people and the outside has become a primary condition to solve the problem, so at this point, Elevator equipped with reliable communications emergency equipment for rescue services is particularly important, its performance is attracting more and more attention.Elevator emergency alarm system consists of a system host, elevator car,elevator car top, pit intercom extension, duty room. Stranded passengers of the elevator car by pressing the emergency button, the system host via "one-touch" way call detection and set up rescue and trapped outside of the voice link, enabling emergency relief. Thesis finished all system hardware design, systems host is the core design of this project, through the GSM network signal transmitter the voice of elevator car to the outside rescue parties to establish full-duplex speech intercom link.This subject comes from the Shaanxi Provincial Scientific Research and Development Program(2012K06-44)-Elevator Wireless Emergency Communications System. Thesis design is based on previous generation Elevator wireless Emergency Alarm system, for existing alarm system of standby time short, maintenance cost high, installation difficult problem, for has series improved, not only for function inherited and optimization, and achieved hardware of low cost design, used GSM communications module, and switch power, and UPS, and elimination measuring sound technology, Compared with the previous generation, Reduce costs by 28%, reducing the company’s cost and achieve the aims of enterprises seek to maximize profits. Now that the system has large quantities of mass production and engineering installation. Results show that the elevator emergency alarm communication system realizes the function of elevator car communications with outside world, improve the efficiency of rescue. And the performance indicators in accordance with the design of the system, to meet their original design goals, clear voice calls, long-term stability and reliability.
