With the rapid development of China's rapid economic development and real estate,construction costs of elevator machine-room increasing,under construction market of fierce cost competition and rapid technological advances in the elevator industry premise,in order to meet the needs of the construction market,as well as technology development and innovation,and a growing number of Machine-Roomless Elevator on the market.In the Machine-Roomless Elevator systems,Emergency Rescue has many inconveniences.Consider security,rescue team were outside the shaft examine operation and emergency rescue operation by the Inspection Cabinet to achieve the purpose of rescue.But the Inspection Cabinet is no way to directly observe the state of car in motion.For elevator,GB 7588-2003 and TSG T7001-2009 require examine operation and emergency rescue operation should be able to,either directly or indirectly is observed direction and speed of the car and whether it is located in the hall door area.In order to cope with the above National standard and combined with the disadvantages of the traditional scheme.This paper gives the development program : First,determine the electrical method as a solution to open the Brake.Second,determine star-delta contactor as a solution to limit car speed.Finally,This paper gives two effective scheme.And combed through various programs and screening analysis.And determine the use of the Double Output-Rotary Encoder program..This program installation: the newly developed rotary encoder on the host side,so as to obtain two separate signals,And developed a device in the Inspection Cabinet-IPRD board.Processing and display one of the signals so that rescue team will be able to observe the speed and direction of the car.At the same time with overspeed alarm function.In order to ensure emergency response,the system uses Backup Power supply.Finally,combined with the development requirements,Carry out functional test,reliability test and system overall matching test of the sample,.Test validates correctness and effectiveness of the development system.
