Research On Life-Cycle Management Models Of Green Construction Project

Engineering construction is the most important part in the development of every trade. With the development of the national economy and the acceleration of the process of Urbanization, the basic construction scale is getting bigger and bigger, but it is accompanied by the continuous rise of resource consumption and the continuous deterioration of the ecological environment. The key way to solve these problems is to develop green building. However, due to the high requirements of green building, involving more content, and with the progress of science and technology, research on the construction management of green building is imminent. Green construction management includes two meanings: one is the green of construction products, the other is the green of the process in management implementation.Firstly, this paper expounds the meaning of enterprise green management, and combined with the problems in the development of green building at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the concepts of green construction and its life-cycle management, discusses about the architecture of green construction, and analyses the application and advice of three kinds of management modes in green construction management. And then from the perspective of the life- cycle of construction project, this paper analyses the problems, the influence and the corresponding solutions of the each stage of green construction management. Finally, combined with the implementation process of green in the construction stage in Yinchuan Huacheng International Square, this paper demonstrates the feasibility of green construction project management in practical engineering.The study finds that the implementation of life-cycle management for green construction project in construction project is the reliable guarantee of the construction products to achieve the requirements of green.Green construction management embodies the new era of China’s construction industry development direction. The construction project has realized the transformation from the over pursuing economic benefits to social and ecological benefits double harvest through this new type of management style and makes the development of construction industry healthy and stable.
