Study Of Whole Life Cycle Management On Green Steel Construction Building

In recent years,China’s rapid economic development has brought serious environmental pollution problems,air pollution,water pollution,non-renewable resources are increasingly depleted,renewable resources have been seriously damaged,etc.,environmental protection has become a major social concern,At the Eighth Fifth Plenary Session emphasized the goal : "overall improvement of ecological environmental quality." Based on this goal,the construction industry will also implement changes.And green building products has risen to the agenda.Changing high-consumption-oriented construction model to efficient environmental protection Energy-saving construction model is the inevitable trend of China’s construction industry sustainable development.With the high pollution and high energy consumption model of construction slowly shifting to green energy sustainable direction,steel construction became a popular contemporary building structure with its unique features light weight,good strength and ductility,Industrial products’ installation programs and so on.the concept of green steel construction building is made of and growing.There are still many factors in the development process of green steel construction buildings affecting the green,such as large amount of consumption of steel,traditional materials,noise pollution,light pollution,etc.,Only by dealing with these factors and strengthening the each stage management of green steel construction,Can we develop green steel construction better and faster.Due to the special nature of green steel construction,the traditional project management theory does not apply.The lack of management system become the main obstacle of the development of green steel structure building,so researching the whole life cycle management system is particularly necessary at this stage.This article from the management level of the green steel building whole life cycle to analysis the life-cycle management theory,research the development status and existing problems of green steel structure building,to research the management content and management elements of each stage.And after that,take the actual steel structure building project as an example,analyzed in detail green management tools in the example,as well as the reflects of green management points on the whole life cycle,to verify the application effect of green management guidelines on each stage.And then I established a green steel building Life Cycle Management Evaluation System.Finally I combined with research content to give the development prospects and recommendations on green steel construction buildings.This paper is intended to provide the management basis for the healthy development of the green steel construction buildings,and promote the rapid development of green steel construction buildings.
