The big rotary frame is the key components of heavy ion radiotherapy equipment.It has10 m diameter and the friction roller is driving to rotate the treatment head that load 400 t on different positions of ions at low speed on roller(1r/min)turning. It emits particles and exposures tumor cells.In view of the research on the big rotary frame, it will analyse large slewing frame rotation in stress problem, dynamic characteristics and the influence of axial movement of the factors. In oder to control and regulate lagre rotary frame axial displacemnt, design a set of mechanical mechanism, and ensure the minimum rotation axial displacement,optimal stability.the main research work is as follows:(1)The principle that friction wheel rotates a big rotary frame is described.According to the principle, simplified model is established.The tangential force, axial force, tangential velocity, axial velocity and its influence on channeling is analyzed on a big rotary frame and the friction wheel that deviates from the simplified model of the ideal position.(2)Due to friction wheel and the big rotary frame installation, manufacturing,friction and so on reasons,it is caused axial channeling phenomenon such as motion and vibration. By these reasons, it is not uniform in the process of turning force.It uses ANSYS Workbench to analyse the deformation and stress distribution of contact area, compare it with the theoretical value and draw the conclusion.(3)The rotary frame on the friction roller dynamic characteristics is analysed in the process of rotation.It uses ANSYS Workbench to analyse modal, frequency, shape and amplitude,draw the best dynamic characteristics that the friction roller and rotary frame rotation.It makes it not achieve resonance, make better to treat tumor.(4)Because the rotary frame is low speed, heavy duty, big moment of inertia of machinery and axial channeling is carried out in a dynamic situation.From the angle of vertical deflection,axial and three directions,relationship of rotary frame between the friction roller.It puts forward three direction to control actuators and transmission system structure, obtains adjusting the speed. To keep the rotary frame on the friction wheel rotational stability, and accuracy that radiation therapy equipment provide support for the treatment of tumor cells.For large rotating frame is just researched on the virtual model.It is manufacturing and installation for engineers to provide basis and reference. The sameas it is for designers that provides recommendations for structure optimization and improvement to provide certain standard.
