Modern equipment, which requires the increasingly large how motor coordination, the most common is synchronous control.In recent years because of the innovation of the power electronic technology, ac motor gradually replaces dc motor, becoming synchronous control in the field of the main research object. Electrical synchronous rotation system (electric shaft system) is a simple and practical ac synchronous system. the same type of several sets of asynchronous motor rotor winding connect to each other, as long as the load change is not very big, it can achieve very good synchronization effect. The long rail railway industry hoisting, synchronous maintenance emus, etc. can be achieved by electric shaft system. Electricity shaft system generally adopted the speed motor and composition electricity drag shaft motor coaxial fixed, change drag motor speed, electricity shaft system speed will change accordingly, this kind of control method needs additional drag motor and higher investment. In addition, USES frequency conversion device to change electric axis of the rotor circuit induced potential frequency, also can realize electric shaft system, but for this short speed working a pyrrhic victory. The motor speed control method used in this paper is with no need to drag. i.e. rotor side chopping speed.This paper first studied the history and present condition of motor synchronous speed. Five schemes of electric shaft synchronous speed system are analyzed and compared. Secondly, put forward the train lifting synchronization system scheme, and presented some related design and calculation. Then analyzed the principle of the rotor shaft system for electricity chopper speed in detail, designed the scheme of the main power circuit and control circuit, write PID control procedures to be controlled object (electric shaft system) speed control. This paper built the electric shaft system experimental platform, The whole system test results showed that: drive speed system can realize turn synchronous and can realize speed, and can be used in the train lifting synchronization system.
